Welcome to metaForm!
This web page is a free resource for psychological scientists who are interested in creating on-line questionnaires to collect data. metaForm allows you to create your on-line questionnaires in an easy-to-understand way, and, importantly, in a manner that doesn't require any special programming knowledge on your part. All you need to do is provide the instructions that the subject will see, the questionnaire items, scoring information, and debreifing text. metaForm will organize this information appropriately and create your on-line questionnaire.

Edit
If you have already created a questionnaire using metaForm and you would like to edit it (e.g., change the items, adjust the way the items are scored, alter the debriefing text), enter the filename here and click the 'edit' button. (You can also use this option if you want to create a new questionnaire, but use an old one as a template.)
