Chris Fraley is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He joined the department in the Fall of 2000. His research is focused on attachment and close relationships, affect and social cognition, phylogenetic and developmental processes, personality structure, and mathematical modeling.

Claudia Brumbaugh is a graduate student in the Department of Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She joined the program in the Fall of 2001. Claudia is conducting research on transference processes in attachment relationships. She is also interested in comparative and evolutionary psychology.

Mike Marks is a graduate student in the Department of Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He joined the program in the Fall of 2001. Mike is currently conducting research on the sexual double standard--the notion that men and women are held to different standards of sexual behavior in our society. He is also interested in statistics and measurement.

Caroline Tancredy is a graduate student at the University of California at Davis who is also affiliated with our research lab. Caroline is interested in understanding twin and sibling relationships, and is currently conducting an Internet study designed to learn more about the factors that make twin relationships similar to and different from non-twin sibling relationships.
